In most cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove the app cache data. However sometimes, when you reinstall an app it doesn’t remove the old app. Therefore you will need to follow the below steps (device dependent):
On Android
Open the Settings on your device
Tap the Storage heading to open the settings page
Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed app
Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing
Tap the Clear cache button
Reinstall the app
On Amazon Kindle
Open the Settings menu on the Kindle
Find the relevant Doodle app
Tap on Storage, and then tap on Clear Cache
Once you have done this, please reinstall the app
On Apple (iPad/iPhone)
Tap Settings > General > Storage & iPhone Storage
Find the app and tap
Then press Delete app
Go to the App Store to re-download it
If you use our web versions on a PC/laptop, you may need to clear cache on your browser from time to time. To do this please follow the steps below (browser dependent):
On Google Chrome browser
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More .
Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
On Safari browser on a Mac
Click on the Safari tab at the top left of your screen and choose Preferences... from the dropdown menu.
Click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up.
At the end of the tab, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar box and close the Preferences menu.
Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page.
Click Empty Caches from the dropdown menu.
To clear history on Safari on a Mac
Choose the History tab at the top of your screen.
At the very bottom of the dropdown menu, choose Clear History
A box pops up with a choice to clear the last hour, today, today and yesterday, or all history. Choose your time frame and click the Clear History button.
