A parent PIN is a 6-digit number which will allow you to access to the restricted areas of your child's account, including:

  • Account settings (where you can view and edit parent details, child details and make adjustments to the work programme)

  • Adding assignments

  • Accessing Games and Rewards when the child is not in the Green Zone or has not completed a daily exercise

  • Report a question

You will be prompted to create a PIN when you log into the Parent Dashboard.

Changing parent PIN

If you would like to edit your PIN, you can do this by logging into the Parent Dashboard and then selecting My account > My details and then tapping the yellow Change In-app PIN button.

Please note:

  • The parent PIN feature is only available to parents of children with an active subscription

  • Parent PINS need to meet certain requirements to be secure enough (e.g. 111111 would not be deemed secure enough)
