What does ‘lifetime’ subscription mean?

Our Doodle lifetime subscriptions mean you’ll have access to all our Doodle programmes for the entirety of their existence (which we hope will be a very long time!). Even if one of your children finishes primary school, they’ll have access to Doodle and their siblings will too!

What if I change my mind?

The lifetime subscriptions come with a 14-day cooling off period. If you change your mind within 14 days of your lifetime subscription purchase, you’ll need to contact our team to cancel. You can do so via the green chat button on our website (doodlelearning.com/for-parents) where our team will be able to help sort your refund and return you to your original subscription.

Is there a free trial option?

If you decide the lifetime subscription isn’t for you, you have a 14-day cooling off period to cancel.

Why should I choose a lifetime subscription?

First, you’ll save money in the long-term (and we all love to save money!). But, here are a few more reasons if you need convincing...

You’ll have all this for the entirety of Doodle’s lifetime:

  • Access to up-to-date, teacher-curated maths + English content

  • Unlimited educational games + exclusive rewards

  • Ongoing support throughout your child’s education journey

  • Entry to all of Doodle’s challenges, events + competitions

  • No more monthly or annual payments!

Can you explain the difference between the ‘single subject’ and ‘bundle’ options?

‘Single subject’: this is either a maths subscription (DoodleMaths and DoodleTables) or an English subscription (DoodleEnglish and DoodleSpell).

‘Bundle’: a subscription for all four of our programmes (DoodleMaths, DoodleTables, DoodleEnglish and DoodleSpell).

Can I redeem another offer on a lifetime subscription?

Unfortunately, not! You won’t be able to redeem any additional Doodle offers once a lifetime subscription has been purchased.
