We’re currently in the process of sending pin badges for those who completed the Challenge to schools. You’ll also receive some extra badges (depending on how many pupils completed the Challenge) in case you need them 😊
🚨 Please ask all teachers and your school office to keep an eye on the post for a dark grey rectangular envelope, which will contain the pin badges 🚨
How to see which pupils have received a pin badge
Log in to the Teacher Dashboard
In the Summer Challenge box, press View pupils who took part in the Challenge. This will download a CSV of all students that registered for and completed the Challenge.
If a pupil has a status of ‘Completed’, they completed the Challenge and will receive a pin badge!*
Each pupil could receive up to two pin badges, one for DoodleMaths and one for DoodleEnglish (if they completed both Challenges)
You can also download certificates for those who completed the Challenge by pressing Download certificates. These can be printed out or shared digitally. Parents can also access their child/ren’s certificate/s by logging in to the Parent Dashboard.
*Please note: only students who completed the Challenge will receive a pin badge. You won’t receive enough badges to give those who registered for the Challenge but didn’t complete it (i.e. have a status of ‘Registered’) pin badges.
I have pupils that registered for the Challenge but didn’t complete it, what can I do?
If a student earned 250 stars and/or 500 stars, they’ll have received exclusive in-app Summer Challenge milestone badge/s! Encourage them to log in to DoodleMaths and/or DoodleEnglish and take a look at their brand-new badge/s.
Print out one of our FREE certificates to celebrate their effort and determination over the summer
