If your username and password are correct but you can still not login, then it may be your connection. Try turning off the WIFI on your device and try logging in again. If you can login on offline mode then the login details are not the problem.

Forgotten parent password

If you have forgotten your parent password, click on this forgotten password link. If you enter the email address associated with your Doodle account, we'll send you instructions to reset your password.

Forgotten child username/password

If you have linked your parent account to your child’s school account you can view your child’s username and reset their password via the Parent Dashboard. To fo this please follow these steps:

  1. Please login to the Parent Dashboard

  2. Hover over My account and click on Child details

  3. Select your child’s name on the left hand side

  4. Here you can view your child’s username and reset their password. Simply click in the New Password box and type a new password. Repeat in the Confirm password box and then click Update.

If it is a school account, and you have not linked your parent account, due to data protection reasons, the password will need to be reset by the class teacher.
