Switching between subscriptions depends on how you bought the current one;

  1. Directly through us via the Parent Dashboard

Please cancel your subscription by following the steps in this article. Once you have cancelled, and the subscription has come to the end of its payment period, you will then be able to add a new subscription via the Parent Dashboard by following the steps in this article.


2. As an in-app purchase

You must first cancel your current subscription, directly from your third party app store provider (we are unable to do this for you). Please see options below:

Amazon

Once you have done this, and the current payment period has been completed, you can then take out a new subscription via the Parent Dashboard by following the steps in this article.
