Due to GDPR it is not possible to view existing passwords for your students, all the Doodle passwords are encrypted when they are created. We advise downloading and keeping a copy of the student login slips when you create the accounts; you will then be able to refer to this, should a student forget their login details.

If you do not have a copy of your student's login slip you can generate a new password for the student in the Teacher Dashboard.

To change their password -

  • Select Manage > Students

  • Select the class they are in from the drop down option at the top of the page (as pictured below)

  • Tick the box next to the student (or next to 'Name', for all students in the class)

  • Then from the Action menu that appears above choose Regenerate Passwords/ Login Slips.
