What to do if your child will not be available to attend a future coaching session?

If you know that your child will not be able to attend a future DoodleCoaching session, please ask your child to mention this to their coach in their 1:1 time during the session.

If this is not possible, please contact the DoodleCoaching team by using the chat button on our website or App or emailing coaching@doodlelearning.com

This will ensure that the coach knows not to expect the child in their session.

What to do if you child is ill and cannot attend the coaching session?

If your child becomes ill and will not be able to attend the coaching session, please use the chat button on our website or App to contact us or by emailing coaching@doodlelearning.com

What to do if your child is late to a session?

If you struggle to get onto the video call or are running late, please encourage your child to continue with their activities in their journal and to complete their DoodleMaths questions. They will become familiar with the structure of each session, so will be able to complete many of their activities independently.

The DoodleCoaching session will start at the given time each session, but a child will be able to join in with the session as soon as they are on the call.
