What to do in the case of a complaint with DoodleCoaching

Should any parent/guardian feel at any time that they have reason for complaint or concern regarding the quality of service provision, they should notify a support agent by using the green chat button on any page on the DoodleLearning website in the first instance.

If they're still not satisfied, or if they'd prefer not to discuss their concerns with a support agent, they should contact DoodleLearning's Coaching team at, who will then be able to investigate the matter and escalate it to the relevant member of staff if needed.
