In order to ensure that your child can be seen and heard in the Coaching platform, you will need to enable the camera and microphone on your device.

Please click on the padlock next to the site address in the search bar at the top of the page. This should allow you to 'view site information' and show you the settings for the camera and microphone. Please enable these settings.

You may need to reload the page for the changes to take effect.

If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the camera and microphone may have been disabled through increased security settings, such as family controls. If this is the case, you will need to add DoodleLearning as a permitted site through the specific family controls or to enable the use of camera and microphone through the central browser settings.
