In order to ensure that your child can be seen and heard in the Coaching platform, you will need to enable the camera and microphone on your device.

  • Please ensure that your video and audio are enabled on your browser on your device. To do this, click on the padlock next to the site address in the search bar of your browser. This should show you the settings for the camera and microphone. Please enable these settings by toggling the camera and microphone setting to the blue 'on' position. You may need to reload the page for the changes to take effect.

  • If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the camera and microphone may have been disabled through increased security settings, such as family controls. If this is the case, you will need to add DoodleLearning as a permitted site through the specific family controls or to enable the use of camera and microphone through the central browser settings.

  • Tap on the microphone/mute button in the bottom left corner of the screen to ensure that the sound has not been accidentally muted. Similarly, if you can't be seen tap on the video icon in the button left hand corner and ensure you are sharing your video.
