Please check the timer counting down the time to the session. The Join session button will only become active five minutes before the session is due to begin.
If you logged in to the Dashboard more than five minutes before the session and can see that the timer is less than five minutes, please refresh your screen and try the button again
Please ensure that you’ve selected the name of the child who is due to attend the session
Please check your subscription details. You will only be able to access a Coaching session if payment for your subscription has been received.
