Please check the timer counting down the time to the session. The Join session button will only become active five minutes before the session is due to begin.


If you logged in to the Parent Dashboard more than five minutes before the session and can see that the timer is less than five minutes, please refresh your screen and try the button again.

Please ensure that you’ve selected the name of the child who is due to attend the session, on the left hand side of the Coaching tab.

Please check your subscription details. You can do this via My Account > Subscriptions. You will only be able to access a Coaching session if payment for your Coaching subscription and DoodleMaths subscription has been received. If you have any problems with your subscription please contact us via the green chat bubble and we'll be happy to help.
