If the Coaching platform is not running correctly during a Coaching session, please check the following:

  • Try refreshing the page. This will exit your child from the Coaching session temporarily, but they will be able to return to the session

  • Please check the browser that you are using. We recommend using Google Chrome.

  • The Coaching platform will only work correctly through a laptop or PC. It will not function correctly when using a tablet or phone

  • If the programme is slow or glitchy, please close down any unused tabs or programmes and refresh the page.

  • If the problem persists, we would recommend clearing the cache on your browser. You can find instructions on how to do this here.
