If the Coaching platform is not running correctly during a Coaching session, please check the following:
Try refreshing the page. This will exit your child from the Coaching session temporarily, but they will be able to return to the session
Please check the browser that you are using. We recommend using Google Chrome.
The Coaching platform will only work correctly through a laptop or PC. It will not function correctly when using a tablet or phone
If the programme is slow or glitchy, please close down any unused tabs or programmes and refresh the page.
If the problem persists, we would recommend clearing the cache on your browser. You can find instructions on how to do this here.
