Our team have been investigating an issue some users are experiencing when they login to the app after updating to our latest version x.7.0. Users have reported that they are presented with a blank Learning Zone or perhaps a bouncing DoodleStar.

The good news is that this is now fixed 🎉 For this to take affect your end please can you uninstall and reinstall the app and then you should be able to Doodle as usual!

Please follow these steps to uninstall and reinstall:

Apple (iPad/iPhone)

  1. Tap Settings > General > Storage & iPhone Storage

  2. Find the app and tap

  3. Then press Delete app

  4. Go to the App Store to re-download it

Amazon Fire/Kindle

  1. From the “Home” screen, open “Settings“.

  2. Choose “Apps & Games“.

  3. Select “Manage All Applications“.

  4. Swipe over to the right to show “All” apps.

  5. Select the app you wish to remove, then select “Uninstall“.


  1. Open the Google Play Store app .

  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.

  3. Tap Manage apps and devices Manage.

  4. Tap the name of the app that you want to delete Uninstall.

If your child has lost their streak due to this, please let us know their username and what the streak should be and we can get this updated as quickly as possible 😀
