Check out our top troubleshooting tips to ensure that you are able to access the DoodleCoaching sessions:
You must use a PC/laptop to access the DoodleCoaching session. It will not work on a tablet or mobile device.
You must use a GoogleChrome or Firefox browser to access the session (and you must ensure your browser is up to date).
If the Join session button is greyed out, refresh the page.
Sit as close to the router as possible and ensure that any unused tabs on your device are closed down (you may need to clear the cache on your browser and refresh the page).
Ensure your video and microphone permission settings are enabled on your browser. If you are using a mac, you may also need to follow these steps.
If you have enhanced privacy or security settings enabled on your device you it can prevent the video and microphone from working. These will need to be deactivated, or DoodleLearning will need to be added to an approved safe list.
