How to re-subscribe

Follow these steps to add a subscription back onto your child's account

We're thrilled you have decided to join Doodle again πŸŽ‰

To add a new subscription to an existing child's account:

  1. Log in to the Parent Dashboard (if you have forgotten your password you can reset it at this link)

  2. Hover over My account and click on Subscriptions

  3. Please make your subscription selections depending upon your subscription preference (select Plan, Children and Programme). For more information about our subscription options and pricing please see here

  4. Once you have made your selection, check the order summary and then please press Continue to payment

  5. You will then be prompted to enter your payment details and Start subscription
