If you’d like to download and print a record of your students’ work in Doodle, you can do this easily from the Teacher Dashboard. There are three types of reports available:

📊 1. Effort Report

This report shows how often students have used Doodle over a selected time period, including:

  • Days/weeks/months they’ve Doodled

  • Total stars earned

  • Time spent on questions

To download the Effort report:

  1. Go to Work programmes > View Effort

  2. Choose the time frame: daily, weekly, monthly, or a custom period

  3. Click Export Class Data in the top right corner

  4. The report will download to your computer

📘 2. Understanding Report

This report shows how well a student understands different curriculum areas (AREs), based on:

  • Their most recent baseline assessment

  • Their current understanding

⚠️ This report is downloaded per student.

To download the Understanding report:

  1. Go to Work programmes > View Understanding

  2. Select your class from the dropdown

  3. Click on the student’s name

  4. Click the Export button in the bottom right corner

ℹ️ Note: The exported data reflects the student’s current understanding. Setting a new baseline assessment will reset this data.

📈 3. Progress Report

This report tracks how a student’s DoodleAge or End-of-Year Objectives coverage has changed over time.

To download the Progress report:

  1. Go to Work programmes > View Progress

  2. Select your class from the dropdown

  3. Choose the measure: DoodleAge or End-of-Year Objectives

  4. Select the year group and time frame

  5. Click Export Class Data in the top right corner

🖨️ Printing the Reports

Once downloaded, you can open the files on your computer and print them as needed.
