On your iPhone and iPad, downloaded apps from the App Store automatically update by default. However, if needed you can update the app manually by following these instructions.
To update on your iPhone or iPad, please follow these steps:
Open the App Store.
Tap the My Account button or your photo at the top of the screen.
Scroll down to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the app you want to update or tap Update All.
To update an Android app, you can follow these steps:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile icon.
Choose Manage apps & device.
Tap the app you want to update.
Tap Update to install the latest version.
To update an app on Kindle Fire, you need to:
From the Home screen, open the Appstore on your Kindle Fire device.
On the Appstore, tap on the 3-line Menu icon > APP Updates. On the next screen, you will be able to see available updates (If any).
Tap My Apps in the menu. This will open your apps page. On some Kindle Fire models, this option may be entitled App Updates.
Tap the Update Available tab. This is located directly beneath the My Apps section.
Review your app update status. Each app with an update waiting will have an Update button next to it.
