In most cases, uninstalling and reinstalling the app will remove the app cache data. However sometimes, when you reinstall an app it doesn’t remove the old app. Therefore you will need to follow the below steps (device dependent):

Android

  1. Open the Settings on your device

  2. Tap the Storage heading to open the settings page

  3. Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed app

  4. Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing

  5. Tap the Clear cache button

  6. Reinstall the app

Amazon Fire Tablet

  1. Open the Settings menu on the Fire tablet

  2. Find the relevant Doodle app

  3. Tap on Storage, and then tap on Clear Cache

  4. Once you have done this, please reinstall the app

Apple (iPad/iPhone)

  1. Tap Settings > General > Storage & iPhone Storage

  2. Find the app and tap

  3. Then press Delete app

  4. Go to the App Store to re-download it
