If you see a runtime error when using the app, don't worry as this can usually be fixed by following a few quick steps:
Update the Question Database: Open the Doodle app and ask your child to login. From the Learning Zone, click on Menu in the top left hand corner > Settings > Work Programme > Update Question Database
2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
If the issue continues, reinstalling the app can help resolve any underlying
problems.
