Your child can’t send messages to other children in their class. This helps keep the Doodle environment safe and focused on learning.
Instead, children can celebrate each other’s achievements by sending a thumbs up 👍.
To do this:
Log in to Doodle and press on the arrow icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen
Click on Friends. Your child will then see a feed with Doodle achievements for themselves and their classmates.
Press on the thumbs up icon to the right of a friend's accomplishment to send them a 'like' for their hard work. 👍
Children can view the number of 👍 they’ve received for their accomplishments in their newsfeed, but can't see how many 👍 their friends have received.
Please note: if your child has a school account, this feature may be disabled depending on the school's preferences. Please speak to the child's class teacher to check this.
