We send a variety of emails to share key information about your account and let you know about your child’s progress. These are separated into the following categories:
Transactional emails: Essential emails that are key to your account, including password resets and payment notifications. We strongly recommend that you don’t unsubscribe from this email group, as doing so will stop you from receiving essential updates about your account.
Work programme updates: Notifications about your child’s progress, including DoodleAge changes, their current streak and their progress through seasonal Challenges and competitions
Marketing emails: Newsletters, exclusive offers and feature updates. Make sure you’re subscribed to this category to be the first to hear about our famous Doodle Challenges!
How to unsubscribe/resubscribe from your email inbox
If you’d like to stop receiving a specific type of email, you can unsubscribe from that email category via your email inbox. To do this:
Find an email from us (search for emails from ‘DoodleLearning’ or ‘Doodle’ in your inbox)
Open the email, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press Unsubscribe preferences. Please note: selecting Unsubscribe will opt you out of all emails.
3. Toggle the group/s you’d like to opt out of to No and press Save preferences
If you’d like to start receiving a specific type of email again, you can re-subscribe to that email category at any point. To do this:
Find an email from us (search for emails from ‘DoodleLearning’ or ‘Doodle’ in your inbox)
Open the email, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and press Unsubscribe preferences
Toggle the group/s you’d like to opt in to Yes and press Save preferences
How to unsubscribe/resubscribe from the Parent Dashboard
To subscribe or unsubscribe from our marketing emails log into the Parent Dashboard using your email address and password and go to My Account 👇 on the left-hand side of the screen.
From there scroll down to My Details and there you will see the two email options available at the bottom of the screen. 👇
You can tick/untick the boxes depending on preference and come back and unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
