How to resubscribe to Doodle

What to do if you would like to use Doodle again

Welcome back! It's lovely to have you back again ☺️ When resubscribing to Doodle, we recommend continuing with the same account you had previously to ensure your child doesn't lose their hard earned stars, badges or avatar.

The good news is, it's really easy to pick up where you last left off. Simply head to the Parent Dashboard and login with your username and password. If you've forgotten your parent password, don't worry! You can reset it by clicking on this link.

Once logged in:

  1. Hover over My Account and select Subscriptions

  2. You'll then be able to select your subscription preference. For more information about our subscription options and pricing please see here.

  3. Once you have made your selection check the Order Summary and then please press Continue to payment

  4. You will then be prompted to enter your payment details and Confirm

When your child next logs into Doodle, they will have full premium access. If your child is logging into the app for the first time in 60 days or more, their account will automatically be put into reassessment. If it is less than 60 days we recommend that your child complete a new baseline assessment. You can set a baseline assessment for your using these steps. Completing a baseline assessment will help ensure that Doodle is at the right level for your child after their Doodling break.
