Not seeing the Winter Calendar Badge in Badges section?
If your child is not seeing the Winter Calendar badge in their avatar section of DoodleMaths/DoodleEnglish but not in their Badges section, don't panic! You just need to update your app to version 8.5.4 (DoodleMaths) &/or 5.5.4 (DoodleEnglish). When you update to this app version, you will see the virtual badge within the Badges section. Don't worry, your child's work and progress towards the badge will be saving the whole time 😃
In order to make sure you are always on the latest app version please follow these steps to set automatic app updates on your device.
Not seeing the Winter Calendar in Robot/My Travels?
If you're child is not seeing the Winter Calendar within their Robot/My Travels section then it may be because:
They are not yet on 8.5.4 (DoodleMaths) or 5.5.4 (DoodleEnglish)
They do not have a fully built robot
They are not yet in their green zone
