If you'd like to upgrade a subscription, switch from a monthly to an annual subscription or switch a subscription from one child to another it is really easy to do this via the Parent Dashboard.
Hover My Account and click on Subscriptions.
Any active subscriptions will be displayed on the right hand side of the page under the Current Subscriptions section.
*Please note, you will only be able to make changes to your subscriptions through the Parent Dashboard if you took the subscription out directly through DoodleLearning. If you did it through a third party App store, please contact us via the green chat bubble in the bottom right hand corner and one of our team will be happy to help.
Upgrading subscriptions
To make any upgrades to your current subscription, simply:
Select the new plan you would like - monthly or annual
Select if you would like a single child or family plan
Select the programme - DoodleBundle (access to all 4 programmes), DoodleMaths/Tables or DoodleEnglish/Spell
Then ion the right hand side you will see the subscription change details, including the price you will pay today
Press the blue Continue to payment button to proceed
If you are making a change partway through a subscription, we will automatically discount the new cost pro-rata based on the time elapsed on any previous subscriptions.
If new subscription has the same billing period (i.e. it stays monthly, or stays annual), the subscription keeps the same billing date.
If the new subscription has a different billing period (i.e you are moving from monthly to annual), the new billing date will be the date of the switch.
Voucher codes are not usable when upgrading a subscription.
Downgrading subscriptions
Downgrading an annual subscription can only be done in the last 30 days of the subscription. You will see a message telling you this if you try to do this outside of this time.
If new subscription has the same billing period (i.e. it stays monthly, or stays annual), the subscription retains the same billing date.
If the new subscription has a different billing period, the new billing date will be the date of the switch.
Switching subscriptions
You can switch like for like subscriptions across subjects (e.g. switch Single DoodleMaths for Single DoodleEnglish) and switch a subscription to a different child (e.g. switching DoodleMaths from Child 1 to Child 2). Simply select the new subject or new child on the left hand side, and we will automatically switch this over for you without you need to pay a penny!
When making any changes like this, which don't require a payment, be sure to press the blue Save Changes button to ensure the switch is successful.
If you are looking to add a new child and then switch a subscription to them, make sure you add the new child on the left hand side by clicking on the underlined Add Child button. (If you have multiple children you may need to use the slider under the children's names for this button to appear.)
Cancelling subscriptions
All active subscriptions will be listed on the right hand side under Current Subscription (you may need to scroll down to view these). To cancel simply click on the Cancel subscription button under the subscription you would like to cancel:
