We are sorry if Doodle doesn't meet your needs. Before cancelling your subscription, please get in touch with us via the green chat bubble to see if there's anything we can do to resolve your issue or support you with making the most out of your subscription.
To cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below:
Go to Settings on your mobile device
Tap on your Apple ID name at the top
Tap on Subscriptions
Under Active subscriptions, tap on the relevant Doodle subscription you wish to cancel and then tap Cancel Subscription
If you decide you'd like to come back to Doodle at any point, it is really easy to continue with your account and pick up where you left off 😄
Note: DoodleLearning does not have the ability to manage subscriptions that are processed through Apple.
