All reading comprehensions in DoodleEnglish will now be available as Assignments!
Reading comprehensions will no longer be available through your child's main work programme (e.g. their X a day, New). Instead, these can be set as an Assignment.
The reason for this change is to make way for even more new and exciting grammar and punctuation concepts.
Reading comprehensions can still be added to your child's account from the Parent Dashboard or from a child's Learning Zone.
From the Parent Dashboard:
You can find these by visiting the Assignments > Set page of the Parent Dashboard. From here, select the purple DoodleEnglish icon in the top right hand corner. Then, in the search bar, type in 'comprehension' and these types of assignments are indicated with a purple book icon next to them.
From the Learning Zone:
Login to the DoodleEnglish app. Tap on the red Assignment icon from your child's Learning Zone. Search 'comprehension' and all available comprehensions for your child will be shown.
Select the arrow next to the Assignment you would like your child to complete.
You can then choose to 'Complete now' or 'Complete later'.
