What is the Reporting Hub?
The Reporting Hub is a central reporting page that combines student and class performance data into a single, easy-to-use view.
It helps answer important questions such as:
Are my students making progress?
Are they working at the right level?
Who may need additional support?
Which classes are engaging most with Doodle?
Is Doodle making a positive impact across the school?
It also provides recommendations and suggested actions to help improve student outcomes.
What can I see in the Reporting Hub?
The Reporting Hub brings together four key measures of student performance, if you select a student from the list you can see detailed information on:
Accuracy
Accuracy shows the percentage of questions answered correctly.
Doodle aims for students to work within an optimal accuracy range of 80–89%. This helps ensure that work is challenging enough to promote learning while maintaining confidence and motivation.
A student's accuracy can help you identify whether they may be:
Working at the right level
Finding their work too difficult
Finding their work too easy
Usage
Usage measures the number of questions a student has attempted and compares this against their weekly Question Target.
This helps you understand the effort students are putting into their learning and whether they are engaging regularly with Doodle.
Progress
Progress is measured through New Topics Introduced.
Each new topic represents a step forward in a student's learning journey, helping you see how students are progressing through the curriculum over time.
Placement
Placement shows a student's progress towards their End of Year Objectives.
This measure compares a student's current position within the Doodle curriculum against their most recent baseline assessment, helping you understand how they are progressing towards expected outcomes.
