We recommend that teachers check this page on a weekly basis to ensure that your students are using Doodle and are within their green target zone.
In order to view data for a particular class, make sure you select your class from the drop down at the top of the screen.
In the table that appears below, you will be able to see an overview of the stars earned for that class, a number next to the circle shows the number of stars earned that day. If you hover over the circles on the Dashboard it will tell you exactly how that student earned their stars that day (e.g. in X-a-Day, Assignments or Games).
You can change the time period that the data displays for either 7 days, 14 days or select a custom time. To view data for different subjects, be sure to switch between the subjects by clicking on the corresponding icon at the top right of the dashboard. You can also view this data for all subjects combined which is really useful to quickly see how your students are using all of the Doodle programmes. To do this, just select the View data for all subjects combined button at the bottom of the page.
In addition you can keep track each child's:
Stars earned in the last seven days
Weekly star target
Total time spent on questions for that time period
How close a child is to meeting their weekly target
Streak (the number of consecutive days a student has completed exercises on Doodle)
Every child is given a weekly star target which Doodle automatically creates to provide a personalised goal for them, with a recommended number of stars to earn each week. This is a number of stars that is achievable when a child Doodles for a few minutes a day.
We highly recommend checking this page to see whether your students are within their green target zone or not. Why not try rewarding each student within their target zone on a weekly basis, perhaps by rewarding them with a Doodle sticker or house point?
