Our team work really hard to ensure there are no mistakes in any of our questions. However, if you spot a mistake in a question or notice that a question isn't working properly please let us know so we can get this looked into as quickly as possible.
To do this, please follow these steps:
When your student is on the question please tap on the arrow icon in the bottom left hand corner (under the stars)
Tap on Report a Question
This will then be passed onto our Curriculum team who will look into the question reported
Once the question is reviewed by our Curriculum team, a member of the Customer Success team will get back in touch with you, providing further support
