How to select the correct country.

If your child's account is showing the wrong currency or language, you can change this via the Learning Zone on the app:

  • Tap Menu in the top left hand corner

  • Tap Settings

  • Select Work programme and complete the parental gate to access the work programme settings

  • Tap on the pencil icon

  • Tap the correct flag

The app will then ask you to download the content for this curriculum - please select Yes.

If offline or if there is a mid-download error when selecting a different country from Settings, you will receive an error message asking you to check your internet connection and try again. The curriculum will not change until you attempt again and successfully download content with internet connection.

*Please note: It is only possible to do this on the account of a child with a home subscription as children with a school subscription will default to the currency/language selected by the school
