What to do if the language is incorrectly set or changed on your child's account

To change the language in your child's app please ask then to login and follow these steps:

  1. From the Learning Zone, select the Menu in the top left hand corner.

  2. Select Settings

  3. In the menu along the top select Work Programme (you'll need to enter your parent password)

  4. Click on the pencil icon in the Curriculum box

  5. Choose the correct country by clicking on the correct flag.

  6. You'll then see a box informing you that we will now need to download the content for this curriculum - please sure to then select Yes. Your curriculum content will now be downloaded.

*Please note: It is only possible to do this on the account of a child with a home subscription as children with a school subscription will default to the language selected by the school
