If you have not received an email from DoodleLearning (for example the activation email when you first create your account) it might be because a firewall is blocking this. Please ensure that www.doodlelearning.com and hello@doodlelearning.com are added as trusted sites.
Please also check that you have given permission for emails to receive emails by us. You can do this via the Parent Dashboard > My Account > My Details:
If you are a teacher, please check with your IT team that firewalls are not blocking any emails and also that the domains listed here have been whitelisted.
