Each Doodle app has a motivational avatar that children can access and personalise. In DoodleMaths this is My Robot. 🤖

Children earn a DoodleStar for every question answered correctly, that they can then spend on accessorising their robot. My Robot can be found in the Stars section of the app by tapping on the Menu tab on the left-hand side of the Learning Zone. 🌟

To change the robot for the first time you will need to tap the settings icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.

There are 4 different robot faces to chose from. 🤖

Or instead you can change it to a pet which includes a cat, fish or penguin. 🐧

Or you can chose a coach. 🤗

If you chose a pet or a coach the screen will automatically only show bits and pieces in the accessories section on the left-hand side of the screen. 😄

If you have chosen a robot, you then have the options down the left-hand side of the screen to change the arms, legs, hands, feet, body parts and their bits and pieces.

Below is example of the different arms you can add to your robot, again children need to have earned stars to purchase the different arms. Once purchased they are saved on the left-hand scroll down menu for your child to play around with, and change depending on their mood. This is the same for legs, hands, feet, body parts and finally the bits and pieces box.

Children can use their stars to buy different seasonal accessories including musical instruments and decorative items, and they can also buy different coloured spray paints to have fun spray painting their robot. Once purchased, the accessories stay within the bits and pieces box of the My Robot section for children to get them out and play with again at any time.
