You can easily check the status of your Doodle subscription from your Parent Dashboard. Follow the steps below to see your current plan and any available management options.
1. Log in to your Parent Dashboard
Go to the Doodle Parent Dashboard and sign in with your parent account details.
2. Navigate to your subscription
Click My Account in the top‑right corner.
Select Subscriptions from the dropdown menu.
3. View your current subscription
On the Subscriptions page, you’ll see:
Your current subscription status
Your billing details
Any options available to update or change your subscription
This information is located toward the bottom‑right section of the page.
Managing a subscription bought directly from Doodle
If you purchased your subscription directly through Doodle Learning, you can make changes yourself. For instructions, see:
Important note about third‑party subscriptions
If your subscription was purchased through a third‑party provider (e.g., Apple, Google), you won’t be able to make changes from the Parent Dashboard.
