Login to the Parent Dashboard
Hover over My Account and click on Subscriptions
Select your child’s name on the left hand side
Cancel the relevant subscription by clicking on Cancel followed by Confirm. The subscription will cancel at the end of the current payment period and no further payments will be taken.
If you took the subscription out through an external app provider (Apple, Amazon, or Google), we are unable to cancel these subscriptions for you. Please follow these links to find out how to cancel directly through them:
