To cancel your subscription:
Login to the Parent Dashboard
Hover over My Account and click on Subscriptions
In the 'Your current subscriptions' box, down the left hand side click on View plan.
Your current subscriptions will then be listed. For the subscription you wish to cancel select View plan
Then, click on Cancel this plan
The subscription will cancel at the end of the current payment period and no further payments will be taken.
If you decide you'd like to come back to Doodle at any point, it is really easy to continue with your account and pick up where you left off 😄
Subscriptions with third party app providers
If you took the subscription out through an external app provider (Apple, Amazon, or Google), we are unable to cancel these subscriptions for you. Please follow these links to find out how to cancel directly through them:

Forgotten Parent Dashboard password? Click on this link to reset it.
If you have more than one email address, try logging into the Parent Dashboard with your different email addresses.
It may be that you registered using your Apple ID login and that you have selected for your Apple ID to be hidden. Please follow the instructions below to find your hidden Apple ID:
On your iOS device (iPhone/iPad), go to Settings
Click on your Name at the top
Then go to Passwords and Security
Click on Apps Using Apple ID
Scroll down the list and select Doodle
You will see that "hide my email" is enabled. Your hidden Apple ID will be shown below.
You will then be able to use this to log in
