When logging into your account it is important to check that you are logging in as the correct user. On the login page you will be given the option to log in as:
Please select Parent if you are logging in as a parent, using your email address and the password that you created when you set up the account. Please note: your child's account will need to be linked to your parent account to login using this method.
Please select Student if you are logging in as a student, using the username and password provided by your school.
Passwords and usernames are case sensitive, so please check that you are entering the details correctly.
If you have forgotten your parent password please reset it using this link.
If your child has a school account and you are unlinked, please speak to their class teacher to find out the login details.
If you are receiving an error message when trying to log into your account, please check your region, ensuring that you are toggled onto the correct country flag for your region.
Please note: the region toggle is only available on the downloaded DoodleMaths app when using a mobile device or tablet.

If you previously registered the account with SSO (single sign on), please return to log in with SSO.
