If a student has a home account that they have been using, they can ask their school to adopt this account, this will enable them to retain their progress data, stars and streak.
Please note we are unable to merge accounts on the platform. We can add the stars and streak from one to the other but not transfer the badges or the progress they have made on their account.
To do this their parent will need to link the home account to the school. This can be done in the Parent Dashboard by selecting My Account > child details. Here, parents can update the school name.
When this has been done it's over to the teacher who will need to verify the student in order to see their progress. To do this:
Log into the Teacher Dashboard
Scroll down to Linked students on the homepage
Click Verify them here
Choose the correct class(es) for the student and then click Update OR remove the student from the school
When you have done this you will be able to monitor the student's progress alongside their class members.
