If a student moves to another class, and at the end/start of a school year, it's important to update the class showing on their account. There are two ways to do this:
Option 1: Teachers can edit the child's class
Log in to the Teacher Dashboard and hover over Manage > students
Select the class the student is currently in from the drop down menu
Remove them from the class by clicking on the X icon next to their name
Then search for their new class using the drop down in the search bar
Be sure to then press the yellow Save button at the bottom of the page
Option 2: Students can edit the class themselves using the class code
Log in to the Teacher Dashboard and go to Manage > classes
Find your class and locate the Class code - share this with the student(s)
3. Ask each student to visit Doodle and when they go to login select I have a class code from school
4. They then need to select My child already has an account and then enter the class code you provided and their existing username and password - they will then be linked to their new class
