Your parent PIN is a 6-digit number that helps keep parts of your child’s account secure.
You’ll need it to access areas such as:
Account settings (where you can view and edit parent details, child details and make adjustments to the work programme)
Adding assignments
Games and Rewards when the child is not in the Green Zone or has not completed their daily exercise
Reporting a question
You will be prompted to create a PIN when you first log into the Parent Dashboard.
How to change your parent PIN
If you would like to edit your PIN, you can do this by logging into the Parent Dashboard and then selecting My account > My details and then tapping the yellow Change In-app PIN button.
Please note:
Your PIN must be secure, so simple combinations like 111111 won’t be accepted
This feature is available to parents with an active subscription
