Before deleting your Doodle family account, please make sure you have successfully unsubscribed and cancelled your subscription to avoid any payment being taken.
Please note, if you delete an account, it will be completely removed from our database after 30 days. After this time we cannot bring it back. Your child(ren)’s progress and all stars, streaks, robots and pets associated with the account will be lost. So please be sure that you definitely wish to permanently delete the account before following the steps below:
Log in to the Parent Dashboard.
Hover over My Account and click on My Details
Scroll to the bottom of the page underneath Login Options
Click Delete account
If your account has SSO enabled, sign in
Click Yes, delete my account.
Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be retained for 30 days, when it will be permanently removed from our database.
