Children can use a streak saver for a break of up to 14 days, knowing that when they start Doodling again they will not have lost their streak πŸŽ‰

You will be able view a student's streak and to see if they used a streak saver in the Teacher Dashboard by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Teacher Dashboard

  2. Go to Work Programme > view effort

  3. Select the class from the drop down box

  4. Tap on the correct subject icon in the top right corner

  5. You will see the current streak in the streak column

  6. Hover over the streak saver icon next to the streak to see the number of streak savers used and how many days have been saved

  7. The streak saver icon will also appear in the table under the date where it has been used

It is possible to have up to two streak savers at any one time, so children can save them up for when they need them. A child can use a streak saver before or after a break, once they are ready to Doodle again they just need to complete some work for the streak saver to work its magic and restore the streak ✨

For more information on how streak savers appear within the child's app, see here.
